Build striking confidence and total-body coordination with our kickboxing program.
You’ll learn:

  • Stance & footwork fundamentals

  • Punching and kicking combos

  • Defensive techniques (blocking, evasion, countering)

  • Shadow Agility – One athlete leads movement, other mirrors.

  • Color Cone Reaction Drill – Move to specific colored cone called out mid-sprint.
